Located between Robertson Quay in Haveloock road side and Outram-China town area in Chin Swee Road side. It mostly surrounded by hotels and tourist entertainment in Robertson quay side and shopping are in outram and Chinatown side. Except foods and shopping mall. Thereʼs a lot of wholesale office supply, fabrics and sewing supply can be found nearby this area. The chosen site is 1 Jalan Kukoh HDB block level 3, level 4 and a 2 bed room HDB unit. This site is where there is a food centre there. This chosen building is the most crowded area in this neighbourhood and where the economic activities happen.

A metaphor about how well a community members
has interaction amongst themselves. It is like a glue
which hold society together. All the individual are the
threads and the social fabrics is made by having those member interact, empower each other, thus weaving the thread together. The tighter the weave the stronger the fabric.
